Kidde Remote Test & Hush switch is wirlessly operated

The Remote Test & Hush (RTH) switch enables remote operation of the local alarm.No mains wiring in is required.

The Kidde RF Pattress enables new Slick® alarms to wirelessly communicate with others, and to communicate with the RTH switch above.

 

Slick® screwless terminal block.

There are now 2 apertures per cableway, so one can be used for 1 strand, and the other for the 2nd strand, ie wiring in and out.
The central rectangular slot is for releasing the spring grip, as & when required.

We have re engineered the Slick® range based on Customer feedback, and the terminal block now incorporates screwless terminals, and wireless comaptability. 
The fast fit features make for fast installation; no cable harness to wire up as with standard alarms. See image below left for more detail on the new terminal block.

Additionally the electronic platform has been considerably upgraded, enabling the new alarms to work with the Slick® RF (Wireless) Pattress.
If you need wireless interconnection, you need to order the relevant Slick® alarm, and the Wireless Pattress.

Old Slick® alarms will not fit onto the new Slick® bases, as there is now an additional connection blade.

Wireless Pattress (RF SFTP)


Designed for easy commissioning by Installers, the Pattress incorporates Rechargeable Lithium back up cells. The Pattress is Guaranteed for Ten Years.
Twin aerial technology makes for better field strength being transmitted to the paired alarms.

Wireless Remote Test & Hush (RF RTH)


This accessory removes the need to climb on a step stool to operate the alarm's Test & Hush buttons. The switch appears to be like a standard light switch, but in our case no wiring into the mains or alarms is necessary. Powered by Lithium power cells, the switch is Guaranteed for 5 years.
